O.K. Video specializes in performance video production, shooting more than 65 performances each year. We can provide order forms and distribution services for the final products, in VHS or DVD formats, making it easier for both professional and amateur dance and theater organizations to provide documentation of their productions for cast and crew.

Among the organizations with whom we currently work are the Concert Operetta Theater (Philadelphia), the Wilmington Drama League, the Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Chester County, Rose Valley Chorus and Orchestra, the Anna Marie Dance Studio, the Delaware Dance Company, dance studios large and small, and many private and public schools.

Dance Performances and Recitals

Now celebrating its 25th year of dance video production, O.K. Video offers the following prices, including these services, for dance programs during the September 2007- July 2008 performance season:

• Video order forms with return envelopes addressed to O.K. Video provided. No need to collect orders!
• Broadcast-quality single camera videotaping with opening titles
• VHS and DVD copy options
• Ordered tapes/DVDs delivered to the dance studio, identified for easy distribution, OR optional direct-mail services. Delivery is generally within 3 weeks.
• Complimentary DVD copy for the studio’s archives with additional DVD or VHS copies available at reduced rates for studio staff.

2007-2008 Pricing (Based on expected sales of 50+ copies)

Productions that fit on a 2-hour VHS tape/DVD:
	$25 each VHS tape or DVD
Productions exceeding 2-hour VHS tape/DVD length:
	$30 each VHS tape or DVD
Optional direct-mail to participants’ homes:
	$3 per unit, including packaging, postage & handling

Theater Performances (Dramas and Musicals)

From "Aladdin" to "Wrinkle In Time," if it’s been performed locally, we’ve probably videotaped it at least once in our 25-year career. Please note: in almost all cases, the videos produced by O.K. Video are only for archival or documentation purposes, for use by the cast, crew and theater company, and are not for general-market sale or broadcast. We respect the rights of copyright holders in all cases.

Productions may be taped in several ways, at varying price levels, but all services we provide include the following:

• Video order forms with return envelopes addressed to O.K. Video provided. No need to collect orders!
• Three levels of broadcast-quality videotaping:

• Single camera coverage with opening titles
• Two-camera coverage (1 manned + 1 unmanned) with complete editing, including back-stage footage, titles and credits.
• Two-camera coverage (2 manned) with complete editing, including back-stage footage, titles and credits.

• VHS and DVD copy options
• Ordered tapes/DVDs delivered to the school or theater company, identified for easy distribution OR optional direct-mail services are available. Delivery is generally within 4 weeks.
• Complimentary* DVD copy for the school or company archives.

*Complimentary copy provided when costs of production are met through video sales to program participants. The quoted cost for documentation-only productions, in which no individual sales are permitted, will include the cost of producing the company’s archival copy(ies).
